Who creates AAKollective resources?

AAKollective is led by Adrianna Haack, an educator with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, teacher certification in two states, and experience with students from PK through 5th grade. Adrianna is the reviewing educator for the site: she sets the editorial standards, is responsible for the accuracy, age-appropriateness, and instructional quality of the site, and reviews the library on an ongoing basis.

How content is created and reviewed

Worksheets and articles begin as drafts based on common preschool through 5th grade skills: phonics patterns, math fact progressions, handwriting, reading comprehension, and similar foundations. Every article must meet the site's editorial quality standards for depth, clarity, and structure before it can publish, and drafts that fall short are held for revision. Worksheets and downloadable materials are created or reviewed by the reviewing educator. Published content remains under ongoing review, and anything found to fall short of these standards is corrected or unpublished.

How pages are written

Worksheet landing pages are written to help users quickly find the correct subject, grade level, and practice type. Pages include internal links to related grades, subjects, free worksheet samples, premium bundles, and curriculum services when relevant. Descriptions aim to be plain and practical, telling parents, teachers, and homeschool families what a resource covers and who it suits, rather than making promises about outcomes.

Sourcing standards

Educational guidance on this site draws on the reviewing educator's classroom training and PK-5 experience, along with widely accepted elementary teaching practices such as standard high-frequency word lists, common phonics scope and sequence conventions, and typical grade-level math progressions. We do not invent statistics, cite research we have not read, or attribute claims to unnamed experts. When a page makes a specific factual claim beyond ordinary teaching practice, it should be traceable to a reputable source, and we would rather leave a claim out than publish one we cannot stand behind.

Free versus paid resources

Free worksheets are presented as free downloads. Premium worksheet bundles, custom worksheet projects, and curriculum design services are paid offerings and are described separately from the free library. We do not blur that line: a page will not present a paid product as if it were a free resource, and free downloads are not used as bait for hidden charges.

Updates and review cadence

Pages are updated when worksheet details, product availability, or service offerings change, and popular worksheet pages are revisited periodically to confirm that downloads work, descriptions are accurate, and grade-level labels still fit the content. When a substantive error is found, whether in a worksheet answer key, a skill description, or a product detail, fixing it takes priority over publishing new material.

Corrections and contact

If a worksheet, article, or product page contains an error, we want to know. Contact AAKollective through the contact page or email adrianna@aakollective.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. Reported errors are reviewed by the reviewing educator, and confirmed corrections are made to the live page. For worksheets, the corrected file replaces the previous download so future visitors receive the fixed version.
