Standard License Terms

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of digital design assets purchased from AAKollective ("Products"). By purchasing and downloading our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, AAKollective grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for both personal and commercial purposes.

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to use the Products in the following ways:

Personal Use

• Personal projects, presentations, and creative works
• Educational and non-commercial purposes
• Social media content for personal accounts
• Personal websites and portfolios

Commercial Use

• Business presentations and marketing materials
• Client projects and commissioned work
• Commercial websites and applications
• Print and digital advertising materials
• Product packaging and branding materials
• Social media content for business accounts
• Educational courses and training materials

Modification Rights

• Edit, modify, and customize the Products to suit your needs
• Change colors, fonts, and design elements
• Incorporate Products into larger creative works
• Create derivative works based on the Products

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Redistribution and Resale

• Selling, licensing, or distributing the Products as-is
• Sharing the original files with others
• Including Products in template marketplaces or stock libraries
• Creating competing template or design asset collections

Trademark and Copyright Claims

• Claiming ownership or authorship of the original designs
• Registering trademarks based solely on our designs
• Removing or altering copyright notices
• Reverse engineering to extract individual elements

Inappropriate Content

• Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Pornographic or adult content
• Hate speech or discriminatory materials
• Content that promotes violence or illegal activities

Usage Limitations

Single User License

This license is granted to a single user (individual or business entity). If multiple team members need access to the Products, additional licenses must be purchased.

Attribution

While not required, attribution to AAKollective is appreciated when using our Products in public or commercial works.

Print Run Limitations

For print projects, there are no limitations on print quantities under this standard license.

Intellectual Property

AAKollective retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Products. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Elements

Some Products may include third-party elements such as fonts, stock photos, or graphics. Use of these elements is subject to their respective licenses. We will clearly identify any third-party elements and their usage requirements.

License Termination

This License remains in effect unless terminated. AAKollective may terminate this License if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Products is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AAKollective be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Updates to License

AAKollective reserves the right to update this License Agreement. Any changes will apply to future purchases but will not affect existing licenses for previously purchased Products.
